Memberships are valid for a calendar year – the 12 month period from January 1 through December 31.
- New membership payments made in January through November apply to that calendar year.
- New membership payments made in October through December apply to the remainder of that year plus the following calendar year.
- Renewal payments will apply to the calendar year following the last membership year.
To join or renew your membership, you may
- Use our on-line payment system managed by PayPal or
- Use our by mail-in check system – fill in our application form on-screen, print it and mail it with a check to us.
If you choose to use our on-line payment system, you will also have the option to subscribe to your membership which will automatically renew your membership each year. Of course you may cancel your subscription at any time and no subsequent billing will be made. However, if you choose to Subscribe, you will need to be a PayPal member. Clicking the subscribe button will allow you to join PayPal if you are not already a PayPal member.
PayPal
We use PayPal to process our credit card transactions. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to pay by credit card. When the PayPal screen appears, just look toward the bottom of the page where it says “Pay with credit card” or “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and follow the instructions.
